You can go to Coupons.com to get .50/2 which brings it down to .75 ea. there is also a coupon for .40/1 so .60 cents. I believe there were also coupons in Sunday's paper (or last Sunday's paper) which make it even cheaper. I'm too lazy to go out to my car right now to get my coupons, though.

Also a $2/1 duracell store coupon which can be combined with the battery coupon in one of the sunday papers. That's about it for safeway, I think.
